Elizabeth born 1949 is an American lawyer and law professor 12. April 2010, reported CNN that Warren was among other names being considered as a Supreme Court nominee to replace outgoing Justice John Paul Stevens but that honor went to Elena Kagan.

She married Jim Warren at the age of 19, and transferred from George Washington University to the University of Houston where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in 1970. She divorced Warren in 1978 and later married Bruce Mann.

She joined the Harvard Law School in 1992 as the Robert Braucher Visiting Professor of Commercial Law.
