Rob and Kristen- Just Because

Um...

This is supposed to be my 'good' post.

You know...

All sunshine and lollipops and sugar and spice

All kinds of nice.

It's why I'm still here.

Day after day...

Year after year.

I'm still trying to figure out why stuff makes me feel the way I feel.

Like.

Robert Pattinson.

and Kristen Stewart.

I mean... on the surface

being intoxicated with Rob is pretty natural... isn't it?

Talented, witty, intelligent, gorgeous man.

(he's so much more than that, but you get the idea)

The same things can be said about Kristen...

Talented, intelligent, beautiful...

But that's not what I'm trying to work on.

WHY do I feel so protective over them as well?

My post yesterday was in response to the ridiculous attacks on Kristen

for her 'behavior' at the PCAs.

Although no matter what she had done at the show

she would have been vilified and shredded.

People in this fandom seem to forget the real stuff...

The GOOD stuff...

So easily.

It's like they would rather focus on a nervous Kristen

Speculating on what every move meant

instead of remembering that a week ago...

Kristen and Rob were kissing and hanging out.

How can you just forget that?

Because it wasn't on TV?

Or because your attention span is like a gnats on crack?

I don't get it.

This is why Rob fell in love for the Last Time.

The fact that Kristen flew over to England for the holidays...

(Second year in a row, mind you)

Spent said holidays with Rob

his family... friends...

Means nothing now?

Just because Kristen didn't hang all over Rob

on some cheesy award show

means that a week after they were spotted 

together and KISSING (how can you forget that??)

Their relationship doesn't exist?

How the hell does that work?

It's not like I had a lot of faith in this fandom to begin with...

The amount of crazy that roams free is terrifying.

You know he has looked at Kristen like this... a lot.

What I've found is that a lot of people aren't really fans at all.

They don't necessarily care that much for Rob or Kristen.

They use their 'fandom' as an excuse to hate.

Yes.

There is hate for both Rob and Kristen.

But Kristen gets the brunt of it.

I totally get that there are people out there that don't care for Kristen.

They don't have to accept them as a package deal.

But the ruthless attacks on a girl...

JUST BECAUSE Rob wants to be with her are pathetic.

And yeah...

keep clinging to Taylor helping Kristen up the stairs

(who would have thought Taylor was a nice guy?)

as some sort of relationship barometer.

Let's ignore that through it all...

Rob and Kristen 

ALWAYS

end up together.

Time after time.

And the next time a picture is released 

showing them out and about

(and it will happen)

Then what?

The same tired bullshit will be regurgitated again and again...

Tell me...

Is it as bitter coming back up...

as it was going down?

Rob going after what he wants... Kristen.

Honestly.

Even if you don't believe that Rob and Kristen are in a relationship

(IOW. Kissing. New Years Eve. Hello?)

You have to at least admit that Rob cares for her.

That Rob likes being with her...

Otherwise

Why do they keep showing up together?

He could have been with anyone in that pub on NYE...

He could have invited any number of girls along...

Maybe his mysterious blonde?

But no.

In every picture...

It was Rob and Kristen.

Next to each other.

Always.

Even Kissing.

(whisper into my mouth... I can't hear you...)

And yet... here I am

All protective and defensive about 2 people

who most certainly don't need my protection.

Twice as Nice.

So where does that leave me?

I should just be resigned to the fact that

people will always twist what is right in front of them...

To fit their point of view.

We all see things differently.

We all have our opinions.

But while that is all well and good...

Sometimes you should ask yourself the motives

behind what people are saying and doing.

Me?

My motive is two fold.

I want to understand why I continue to be intoxicated

with a 24 year old British actor...

Why I feel the need to defend and protect him and Kristen...

But most of all...

I just enjoy watching their relationship...

Seeing them looking all smitten and in love

And happy.

I'm all about the Happy.

Twirling and Laughing and Happy.

Because I know...

in my heart of hearts

in my gut

That Rob and Kristen not only are together...

But are deeply in love

and completely committed to each other.

Living together.

Working together.

Traveling together.

Vacationing together.

Together.

As always.

Hyenas are incredibly noisy...

Oh and one more thing...
