Waiting for Tom Sturridge... Forever.

Waiting For Forever.
Feb 4th, 2011

GO SEE IT!

Don't you want to see that face?
And hear that voice??
Oh I do.
So much.
I mean... seriously...
How many times can I watch "Pirate Radio"?
(Obviously a lot of times...)

Tom and Rachel Bilson at premiere in Los Angeles last night.
Rachel is so lovely.
What a cute couple.
(Is Rachel still with that Hayden guy?)

But Thomas...
A couple of things...

1. The beard.
I'm actually a fan of beards.
But you have such a purty face...
Why.
Why cover it up in any way?
But still...
You look adorable with the beard as well.

2. The beanie.
And here's where I say I'm a fan of the beanie.
And I AM.
But if its not the beanie...
It's that baseball hat.
And you have that head of floppy hair...
always hiding from us.

and last but not least...

3. The sweater.
Because as some people pointed out last night...
That sweater looked oddly familiar.
Where oh where did we see this sweater?
It was only a matter of moments
(perhaps seconds)
That someone found exactly why the sweater looked so familiar.

Right.
Robert wore it during a photocall for Goblet of Fire.
Yes.
That's right.
The Goblet of Fire.
From October 2005.

And truly...
If you look at the pattern on this sweater...
It's probably the same one.
Which makes me smile really big...
because some clothes will never be retired...
and some clothes are always OUT there...
And I find it ALL KINDS OF CUTE
that Tom is wearing the same sweater 5 years later.

That kinda gives me hope for...

The Stoli T-shirt!!!
Is it still in the rotation?
I mean...
If 'hobo-ing' goes back at least 5 years...
Does that mean there is hope it will surface
sometime in the future?
Surely he wouldn't have had someone sew up the rips
if he didn't still want to wear it...
Right?

So Tom was interview extensively yesterday...
I'm sure he was asked about Robert.
I'm sure he was asked about Kristen.
I'm sure he was asked about Rob and Kristen.

There was someone who tried to stir things up
by making up some quote that Tom supposedly said
about Rob and Kristen.
I'm thinking he wouldn't do that.
Those are his friends.
And I'm guessing his friendships mean more to him
that any attention he might get by talking about them.

I had mentioned on Twitter that
I <3 Tom.
And I do.
Immensely.
And it had nothing to do with what he may or may not have said.
Actions speak louder than words.
Although...
He DID say that
Kristen is an extraordinary actress.
And I love that for a couple of reasons.

Kristen IS an extraordinary actress.
And Tom obviously cares about her as a friend.
(and as his best friend's girl ;)

And just listening to him say
extraordinary
will make me smile for hours.

In closing...

This post is brought to you by the letters *B* and *W*

B for Best Friends!
Can you imagine what it would be like to hang out
with Robert and Tom?
Oh Kristen...
You are a lucky girl.
Indeed.

W for

WAITING FOR FOREVER!
Seeing Tom
Hearing Tom
Loving Tom

Go see it!

Bye for now

Emily DiDonato born February 24, 1991[citation needed] is an American model. She was raised in a small town in Orange County in upstate New York and is of Irish and Italian ancestry. After a family friend encouraged her to pursue modeling, she signed with Request Model Management in 2008 and booked jobs as the face of Guess? clothing for spring 2009 and as a model in Ralph Lauren's "Rugby" spring 2009 advertisement campaign. In May 2009, she was signed as the latest face of Maybelline New York, a notable accomplishment for a model who had just graduated from high school with only a few months of modeling experience, and made her television commercial debut for the company's "Color Sensational Lip Color" line, alongside Christy Turlington, Jessica White, and Julia Stegner. DiDonato began modeling for Victoria's Secret in August 2009, and appeared on her first magazine cover with The Block's October 2009 issue.
Prior to the 2009 New York Fashion Week, Vogue Germany dubbed her "top newcomer."
In 2010, she became the face of Giorgio Armani's fragrance Acqua Di Gioia.

Early life
The daughter of real estate developer of Italian descent Douglas Palermo and interior designer Lynn Hutchings, grew up between the Upper East Side, New York and Greenwich, Connecticut where she attended Nightingale-Bamford School then finally St. Luke's School, where she was on the field hockey team. She attended the American University of Paris for a year and studied media at The New School in New York.
She interned at Quest. Photographer Patrick McMullan spotted her at an auction, then took pictures of her about town. Palermo has taken part in many charity events in New York. Palermo found herself at the center of a controversy when she was accused of sending out a letter to fellow socialites pleading for acceptance. This letter was forwarded to the owners of the social website, SocialiteRank.com who promptly published it. Palermo immediately denied the authenticity of the letter and filed a lawsuit against the website. The website was eventually shut down and in May 2007, Palermo appeared on the cover of New York Magazine in a story about the incident.
Career
The City (2008–2010)
She denied rumors in 2008 that she would be a part of The City, a spin-off the MTV's cultural phenomenon "The Hills" but was later confirmed as a cast member. She agreed to star in the series to familiarize herself with acting. She was signed to Wilhelmina Models in 2009 and also launched a jewelry line with Roberta Freymann in 2010. In February 2010 Olivia became a spokesmodel for Matches Fashion's Freda label ahead of London Fashion Week.
New Reality Show (2010–present)
On November 19, she told ELLE.com that she is working on her own reality show. She said, "I'm currently working on a TV project, my own show". The Show will follow her launching her own fashion line.
Personal life
She has been dating model Johannes Huebl since 2008.
Fashion and Style
She is often seen on the front rows of fashion shows and has created a collection of necklaces in collaboration with Roberta Freymann. In December 2010, she was named one of the year's best dressed people.

Couple of Thoughts...

Couple of thoughts.

1. Rob showed his face after a LONG drought.
The face is good.
The face is always good.
I missed that face.
I love that face.

2. I find myself disgusted... once again...
by the actions of some of the fandom.
My disgust is multi-layered...

A. Someone had their house burn down.
I don't know this person.
I don't know anything about this person.
But I have read that she lost everything...
including some beloved pets.
My first reaction?
Sadness.
Heartbreak.
I feel for them.
I wish I could do something to help them.
It doesn't matter if we agree or not
on issues within this fandom.
That is insignificant to what this person is going through.
Yet...
How did others react?
With glee?
With malice?
I don't get it.
I really don't.
Above all else...
Are we not all human beings?
Does someone's opinion make them
deserving of such horrific heartbreak?
Absolutely not.
Please stop this madness.
Stop making this bullshit drama
PERSONAL.
It's not.
THIS is all just a distraction.
What this person...
who has lost everything...
is REAL life.
Help her.
Even if its only a kind word or two.

B. One of the things I despise almost as much as those who
attack people on a personal level...
Are those that cast people in generalities...
That paint people with the same brush.
I know some people would call me a 'sheep'
just because I believe that Rob and Kristen are together.
But I follow no one.
No one leads me anywhere.
I make up my own mind.
And do NOT lump me in with people
who would attack someone who has just lost
all their worldly possessions in a fire.

Realize that when I use the term "Hyena"
it is to a relatively small group of people...
(And I've never named names)
and they reside on BOTH sides of this fandom.
It is applied to people who relish in the attack
who swoop in when someone is down...
and bite and kick when someone is most vulnerable.
Hyenas make it personal.

Most of the people I come across in this 'world'
are good people.
They enjoy Robert and/or Kristen
They enjoy a giggle... or some good snarky sarcasm.
But they don't enjoy pain and seeing people hurt.
Real people.
Real pain.

ANY Personal attack is disgusting.
No matter who...
No matter what.
It doesn't matter what side of this fandom you are on.

This post is brought to you by the letter *T*

T for Thoughts and Prayers
I'm sure someone out there could use them.

Bye for now.
